Three spaces. Three different ways of listening. About Anahita: Anahita is a singer and student of the Sufi and Bhakti traditions. Her practice is rooted in the poetry of mystics such as Amir Khusro, Rumi, Bulleh Shah, Kabir, Lal Ded, Ghulam Farid and Mirabai, moving across languages including Hindustani, Punjabi, Farsi, Kashmiri and Marwari. For her, these songs are not simply compositions to perform, but companions and guides into love, surrender and self-inquiry. She regularly creates intimate singing circles, workshops and performances that make this poetry accessible to people in deeply personal ways
